  This branch is almost always painfully busy. Additionally, the phone number only gives you a recorded message which says "Thank you for calling Wells Fargo. You've reached a number that does not support voice mail," Then hangs up.

  Banking at this location is cool. Literally. It was hot outside and I sweating from riding my bike everywhere. The ac was kicking inside so I was able to cool off. The lady standing at the entrance was polite and told me to put my bike over there. Teo took care of my transaction. He was professional and good at his job. He answered all of the annoying questions I had about my account. When he got tired of my questions, he called Calvin over to answer the rest of my questions. Calvin explained the benefits of online banking. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Then i got hungry and went to get a salami sandwich.

  One of the worst first experiences with customer service and human interactions I had ever had to go through. This one woman in particular was giving the worst attitude towards me for no reason! They should get new staff immediately! The manager was the only one whose hard working and has great customer service but that’s it! Don’t waste your time going here.

  I've been with Wells Fargo since 1971... My experience with DaiShane "Daisy" Wilder was such a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Today she helped us through a car loan and went out of her setting us up on a credit building schedule.

  If you trying to cash a check with there name on it you have to have more the your driver's license and social security card. The Manager treat people like your a thief if you don't have more identification.

  Very bad customer service .. I arrived at the bank 3:56 pm and the bank manager she said that they close at 4:00 pm and I can’t go in because there is a long line I try to explain to her that’s it’s still 3:56pm and she said I know but I have a long line and I have to make shore my employees go home at time and she didn’t want to let me in . That’s Ridiculous .

  Marques at Wells Fargo bank he is the best personal banker he is so polite he get you everything that you need on time and I've been doing business with him since he started working at Wells Fargo he is one of the best

  Stood in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me they can’t take 5minutes to print a temp debit card.
