Metich Ajak1Went to deposit a insurance check, my money was put on a hold because they said the check was fraudulent and told me my account was going to be closed. I I went in the next day and spent most of the day trying to prove the check was real. After being gaslit for an hour about how the check looked fake and telling me the website even look fake, I was told I needed specific verification before they could release my money. Even though I was able to give proof and my insurance company was able to give verbal confirmation. When I went to get the information, I was told my insurance was not authorized to ask certain questions. I did everything that was asked of me to prove the check was real and that still wasn’t enough. I can only feel that the reason this has happened is because of my skin color. Worst customer service, and I’ve been with them for 7 years. They put me through the worst weekend of my life.

Anghom Ajak1If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Gaslit my sister into thinking her settlement check was fraudulent even though it was very much real. They threatened to close her account & left her with hundreds of dollars in over draft fees because they refused to do their jobs & call the insurance company that issued the check. This is a text book case of racial profiling because we all know if a white woman went into that bank with that amount of money no one would bat an eye. But since it was a black women it must be fraud right. Absolutely disgusting. Do better it’s 2022 not 1950.

Rain Kelly1My friend recently was of age to receive the settlement money from a traumatic incident she went through as a kid. She had brought in every proof and identification that she was meant to receive this money and was told the first time she was there that the check looked legitimate and the money would be going into her account the following day. The next day, she received an email stating that her check was thought to be fraudulent and her account would not only not receive the amount, but they would also be closing her account all together. When she tried to receive assistance at this bank for the 2nd time, she was given the run around and told several times that her check looked fake (this was repeatedly disproven by the company who issued the check by checking the check and case number of her case) and that they didn’t know how to help her. My friend is a black woman that is now traumatized by the inherent racism experienced by this banks employees and to top it off, she is now severely negative in her account due to this situation. I’m disgusted and will be telling everyone I know about this ordeal.

Alyssa Woodward1ZERO stars if I could give them. I experienced EXTREMELY racist and insulting behavior at this branch. I am embarrassed I ever gave them my business. Check your employees. It is embarrassing how ignorant and unhelpful they are. Never going back.
