      I’ve been a long time account holder here. I absolutely have never felt this betrayed by a bank. I thought I was helping a friend cash their paycheck, it was fraudulent I never looked at the check and that was my mistake. I own up to that, cause had I looked at it I would have know to tell them no. I trusted my bank to keep an eye on things like this. When I saw the check I literally lost it, it looks like something a child would have come up with... I made an appointment requested a copy of the check to make a police report. When I was there both the manager and the teller told me the bank was liable, and that the would handle it. Today corporate refuses to acknowledge it! Says I am liable for the charge. Again, I never initially went to the bank to get a refund I went there for a copy of the check. Both the manager and the teller instructed me to file a complaint and reassured me that the bank would go after them. Two weeks later I’m getting a call telling me to pretty eat dirt. Saying that I’m responsible for the charges the min I signed up for the account. whole different attitude and pretty much calling me a liar. This is just my experience with this bank.. my appointment to cancel with them is justified, I’m not saying any one else should but I would rather pay a fee with a different bank then to feel like I’m wrong for following their directions...

      Do yourself a favor and run as far away from this branch as you can. If you have the pleasure of Essohouna helping you please allow 2.5 hours out of your day, don't plan on getting done what you need, and plan to have to come back again.

      Great customer service here! I set up my checking accounts, savings, and my IRA. All of my questions are answered each time by the most helpful employees. I go to this location of Wells Fargo every time I can.

      Tellers too busy chatting with their friends to bother helping, and overall poor service, though most of that is from the bank itself, not necessarily this location. Very odd ATM location and access, and this one is a pain to get to where it's located. There is a different branch right down the street. Go there. Or switch banks entirely.

      Absolutely worthless bank, they can't even cash one of their own checks without me having an account. Banks don't cash checks from other Banks because they don't trust them so it says a lot if a bank doesn't trust themselves.

      They have a huge location, and long wait times, yet they don’t “allow” public access to the restrooms. We had a potty-training child with us, and it’s a strange policy. The teller said they had issues with it previously, but why can’t they just add a code or something? A restroom is a bare necessity.

      This particular location is the absolute worst. Every single time I try to go through the drive through the line won't move at all. Sometimes I'll wait for 30 minutes before giving up and driving to a different location.

      The banker ALI SUCKS the manager told him to sign me in he just walked off then I was up and he said he did not have time he was waiting on a customer so I waited on the other banker his so called appointment never showed up and he was sitting at his desk not doing nothing I always have a great experience at Wells Fargo not this time ;( if you don't like your job do something else Ali

      Good bankers and kind staff but for a bank that claims to help build credit for those who have none they seem to do the opposite by not approving you for anything bc you have no credit
