  The branch has been temporarily closed, but I was told that wouldn’t be a problem since there is an ATM available. The ATM has been “unavailable for deposits” for 2 days now. Taking an hour or more a day for the girls at work to make deposits because they have to drive to Cottonwood is not acceptable. Open the branch or maintain the ATM. You are losing customers due to this. COVID-19 is not an excuse for poor customer service.

  Seems like Everytime I need to go on a Saturday they are closed. I thought they were suppose to be open from 8:30 am till 1pm on Saturday. This is Saturday they are closed till Monday. Now my payment is gonna be late cause of them.

  Had to have a very important power of attorney signed. Had appointments in Sedona had all paperwork done and hhq×⁰e forgot his stamp. He said if I came to camp Verde office he would be there at 8 and stamp papers. Its 9 and I'm still waiting I drve 50 min. For this and am still waiting. I'm furious. Totally waste of my time. Rude unprofessional.

  They make me to wait forever on the phone so I decided to go to branch hopping it will be faster. Boy I was there for a surprise. The manager make me to wait while he keep soliciting to people passing by. Just because some smiles to you while keep neglecting you does not make it a friendly service.

  Yes, they have friendly tellers, but service is not just about being friendly. Wells Fargo branches that are in supermarkets have limited amounts of cash available. They would not allow me to withdraw $2,800 in cash from my account as they would not have enough money for everyone else. My advice is to keep enough cash on hand for emergencies, as you will not get your money out of Wells Fargo.
