  Called many time with no one picking up the phone. Showing up in person; no banker was available for the day. Teller suggested other banks close to this branch; I asked if I can ask his help make an appointment, since I failed to make appointment myself. The teller told me I am taking too much of his time and he has to be fair to other customers waiting. The truth was I took less than 1 minutes to explain the situation and there was no one behind until 30 seconds ago. This branch is poorly resourced; teller is not interested in helping.

  After calling 3 branches with no avail and frankly very rude reps over the phone, Me and my husband contacted this branch in a hurry because we had to wire mortgage closing costs right away. The girl who answered the phone was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She scheduled us for an appt asap. When he went in today, he was helped right away. Great job from all reps at this branch! We will be return customers for sure.

  The bankers and branch manager are not helpful or equipped with information to answer my questions. They have been rude in person and over the phone. I simply needed a bank contact name and email address to fill out important business documents. They refused to do so. They offered to give me their phone number, which was the same number that I called them on! When I told them that this information was not useful, they told me to call customer service and hung up on me. Also, when I made a deposit inside the branch recently, the banker was interrogating me with questions, which was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. I simply was depositing a check for the business. They wanted to know who I was, what my job title was, and if I had a personal account through Wells Fargo. They were very aggressive. I usually make deposits through their drive thru every week, and they have never asked me such intrusive questions before. I am grateful that I do not have my personal banking through Wells Fargo, as this branch does not understand the first thing about customer service or professionalism. I will only be using the drive thru for my weekly transactions in the future, so I can keep my distance from the aggressive bankers.

  Thomas handled the Medallion signature and wire transfer with ease. Was a delight to walk into this branch of Wells Fargo and have customer service at the best level possible. A pleasure...
