  I've had an account here for years, and it has always been an inefficient branch with long lines and lousy customer service. I often find myself using other branches (on Curry Ford/Chickasaw Trail and Goldenrod/University) just to avoid this Pinar one, and they still aren't great, but they're better.

  I was blown away by how nice everyone was. I don’t even bank here, went in to get things notarized. From the phone call, to walking into the building, to working with Carmen - every step of the way was excellent customer service.

  They said I needed an ein so I sat on the phone with the IRS for 2 hours getting it. Then they tell me when I go back they need to fax it to them. Like why not tell me this nonsense the first time! Lost my business Edit: The best part? I drove to the next branch and got everything done. So it's just this branch that doesn't know how to serve customers.

  The so called Bankers at this branch are incompetent and inept. Definitely the worst customer service I have experienced. My last experience with this particular branch was so horrible that it left me with an urgency to close all my accounts asap. I am currently researching other banks, so I can transfer and close out all my accounts.

  Worst customer service i have ever recieved. Banker was rude& incompetent & I had to tell her what can & cant be done regarding my issue. I almost closed all my accounts but instead just went to different branch that was helpful. Always have a problem or long wait at this branch.

  I had the best bank associate help me with my banking needs and Angelica at the Wells Fargo South Curry Ford Road branch was excellent and professional and I thank Wells Fargo for having her. Thanks again !

  The branch's employees are extremely careless, and they made me wait over 30 minutes when the bank wasn't even busy. I only appreciate Daniel Hoang for dealing with my issues.

  The bank employee was very helpful and took the time to answer the many questions that I had. What he didn't know or was unsure about he looked up online. I much rather have someone do that than give me a wrong answer.
