  This place is the worse. All of a sudden our account is getting overdrawn for ZERO reason. We had $133 in there wake up and -7. With pending transactions adding up to $40. Switching banks today we are done with them. We've been woth them for many years. Not anymore

  Banking services do not get any better anywhere than at the Wells Fargo Bank in Burnet, Texas. Fast, efficient, and Really Texas Friendly. I seldom make the 80 mile round trip to that facility but over the years it has always been worth the effort when it was required. Excellent staff, just excellent!

  I travel a lot for my job. And this is the only bank on my way home. I have stopped numerous times and been treated amazingly. Customer service is my biggest focus where ever I go. They def. met that expectation each time. Friendly and personable.

  I love the employees at this branch. They are always friendly and helpful. It's because of them that I continue to bank with Wells Fargo whom I'm not always pleased with.....

  I used to love this bank, but the one in Burnet kind of ruined it for me. The manager was very rude.

  Great Bank, and great service. Anyone that complains about this bank probably doesn't have any money to put in the bank.
