  Went in today with my grandmother to help her take care of some account updates. Made an appointment online but was unfortunately running late by about 15 minutes. When we arrived Quyen greeted us right away and was able to assist with everything very quickly and efficiently. Thanks

  Amazingly bad customer service. I was last in line of 6 cars, waiting for service (since customers are not allowed in the lobby due to COVID). No movement, although I saw a person in a reflective vest talking with the first car, not acknowledging the remaining cars. Left line to get some gas and returned to line. Pulled up again and was waiting behind one car. Waited for five minutes after closing, then pulled up to the transaction tube. The teller said that they were closed. I explained that I was in line before closing time but due to the line, decided to get some gas to return 10 minutes later. The manager/teller said that I was not, since she did not see my car originally, implying that I was lying. No numbers handed out, no cones placed on the last car. Accusing me that if what I was saying was true, then I should have stayed in line when she did not acknowledge any of the cars behind the first car. I requested to check the building video to show that I was indeed in line originally. Teller/mgr said that video is only for security purposes. Noted repeatedly that I was not fair to the other customers, which makes no sense since I was the last car waiting in line. Teller/mgr offered make a complaint on my behalf, since we were getting nowhere. I requested that she file that complaint. Waiting for her follow thru.

  Went to open a Business checking account was immediately greeted by a lady when I said what I needed she looked at her watch and then said can you have a seat. She went over to another gentleman said some stuff then he went to his computer thinking he was going to help me. Well he didn’t he got up and started chatting with someone making a deposit because he recognized him. I sat there for another 5 minutes while the lady that originally greeted me was doing nothing and the other gentlemen a was still chatting. I will be taking my business elsewhere I guess....

  Best customer service ever! I just moved here from Georgia 6 days ago and wanted to send money home to help my mom! I went to the Baltimore Ave location and I gave them her account number and the teller told me the number was not valid after I confirmed the number with my mom! He was very rude and not interested in taking the $2500 CASH I had. I was frustrated and DISGUSTED so I googled the closet one. I went to the bank in Elkridge and he pulled it up in 15 seconds, verified the name, deposited the money, and even asked me how I liked the area so far! Thank you for pleasing a homesick child!

  This Branch has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you ever want to feel like your just another number , than this is the place ... I walked in signed on and waited patiently for 25 MINUTES, all while associates came in from breaks, began chatting with fellow associates while walking past me. NONE of whom came up or asked if I was being helped. Way to represent your bank guys!!! 👎🏾👎🏾

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Joel Bork in closing a home equity loan an wiring funds. He went way out of his way to look out for me as a new customer to this branch. Just exceptional service.
