  Ok place but they've lost much of their ability to lend due to sentencing stipulations on legal actions leveled against them for deceptive practice. Use their services with a great deal of caution.

  Wells Fargo Spearfish SD ruined my credit by not having services available and continuing to send me away to deal with another bank or the 1 800 service. Their CARES act loan deferral is an absolute trap to ruin your credit so no other mortgage lender will look at you. The CARES act notes that a credit report shouldn't be done but Wells Fargo ensured that I couldn't restart my loan because they never had anyone at that bank that would do anything with it. Now I've had to have a mobile notary assigned which will put me in further trouble with late payments because they aren't going to get me anyone for two weeks even though I gave them a full payment over the phone. I AM CURRENT!!! They could care less and don't care if they ruin someone's credit... STAY AWAY from Wells Fargo...I"M trapped but you don't have to be....No wonder two other people came in while I was trying to get this straightened out and closed their accounts!!!

  Not only has this company screwed me outta thousands in savings they have screwed up my mortgage to the point of me calling it sanctioned extortion. It's why we don't bank with them, we bank elsewhere, want to get our loans out of there but having a bit of trouble doing that.

  What I've come to expect from a Wells Fargo. Not much. Poor customer service skills all around. Met with a banker for a few questions; she couldn't even bring herself to tell me her name, hello. Handshake. Nothing.

  We were traveling and my husband needed to use the bank. So I went inside to use the restroom. They said 'sorry, we dont have a public restroom.' Can you believe there were 7 people working there all with fake smiles plastered on their face. They wouldn't let me go to the bathroom. I had a full bladder and went to 3 businesses before finding a bathroom. I'm not happy.

  The staff at Well Fargo in Spearfish is competent, courteous, professional, and friendly. Having recently relocated to Spearfish from SALT Lake City, I can assure you that you will feel like their number one customer on every visit.

  Just moved from Minneapolis. National Bank, with small town charm and service. Employees are always friendly, always helpful, always efficient. ..... and they all speak English! !
