  I really want to thank Homaso, the manager. He went well beyond the average banker to help me resolve the issue of a lost deposit check. He said he's the quarterback for me in pursuing this lost deposit. He sure did. I really appreciate that. You don't see too many personal banker like him anymore.

  The Menlo Park Wells Fargo branch is such a wonderful place to do business with. Over the last month, our school has run a Canned Food Drive collecting food and monetary donations from the generous community. I brought all of the loose bills and Audene was so patient and kind changing small bills into larger ones. I had such a pleasure working with her and thank her for who she is. She actually called me and said she still owed me $15. Honest, respectful and very cordial.

  So I’m a veteran and my bank is USAA. Well we have almost no branches anywhere. When I need quarters for laundry it can be kind of a hassle. When I called the bank I got a person right away and not an automation like the other banks. They said it would be no problem and when I went in it was a painless process. If I do end up needing a bank for something else other than my own one day, they are definitely on the top of my list.

  So incredibly slow. Every time. It’s not that the staff is new or in training. Today I’m waiting in line. And the doors are locked. I get it. It’s COVID. BUT the person who opened the door couldn’t be more unfriendly and unhelpful. Interrogated me as to why I was coming.in.

  I come today and I stuck to here. They have different policy then other Wells Fargo Bank.I had that never ever come again .Don't go this branch again.

  Complete incompetence. Unable to keep track of paperwork. Not able to expedite simple transaction, without causing extremely inconvenience.
