  I was very skeptical based on the Google reviews of this branch, however after my recent visit I not only will be back, but I opened new accounts here! this was the first time I had walked into this branch. I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome as soon as I walked in, this set the tone for the rest of my visit, and resulted in me opening three accounts that day. it was very warm and inviting, and I was very at ease with partnering up with this Branch. great job Wells Fargo with staffing the right people in Artesia, they earned my business

  This has to be one of the worst Wells Fargo banks I have ever been to. I was in the lobby line for half an hr to deposit a check. There was only one attendant helping customers but there were 4 wells Fargo employees behind the counter at the dive in the window just talking and gossiping. The only reason I will go there again is because it’s the only one around.

  I need to open an account I have been there 3 times and there is no new account representative and was ask 3 times to come back the next day. Not impressed at all. I have worked in banking for 10 years there is not even a supervisor to offer to open my account. It looks like I get better customer service at western bank

  DO NOT GO HERE! I had a friend of who was a loyal customer of here and he stated that they registered him for cards that he did not apply to. I am never going to Wells Fargo for banking!

  No respect for long time customers, rude unprofessional staff. It's a small town with several banks I am sure any other bank would be better. Good riddance Artesia Wells Fargo.

  All of the staff is always so kind and welcoming, Sabrina Duran has a great customer service great attitude plus she was great at helping me out get my bank statement. Over all great experience 100 recommend.

  Went in sat personal banker got two new cards asked for help walk through money transfer zelles and was left out to dry no walk through we had to figure it out on our own at a the hotel lobby personal bank should be working at McDonald's with that kind of customer service called and complained 1800
