  Excellent service from Jeffrey Marsh, he was able to help me with my wire transfer, just moments after he started working there. I went to other branches before but they all need it appointment to make a quick wire transfer, even though WF online was down. Kudos to Jeffrey for going out of his way.

  I am not happy with Wells Fargo and the way they use deceptive practices to charge overdraft fees. I thought the bank would work with me not against me. And to think, last week I was almost hooked on the bank manager's offer to move my accounts from other banks to Wells Fargo.

  The people on the inside are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. However, ***** DO NOT ***** rely on the ATM outside this branch to be working for deposits or withdrawals! It is common (almost weekly) for this machine to experience problems with one of those two options. Go to another branch, plan to conduct business inside, or go cashless for the night!

  I have a very hard time trusting this company .. the guys out west.. CA....SanFran. have been very dishonest with their cust.. so far east coast have not had the problems as their west coast brothers ..

  There is no personal banker on site so this branch is pretty much useless for me.
