  We have several accounts at this branch, including our business accounts, personal accounts and our mortgage. We have received great service every time. Suzanne in accounts / loans has been especially helpful in working through some recent problems with our accounts. The personal service at this location on our business accounts has led to us moving all of our personal accounts as well. Definitely recommend this branch.

  We recently opened a business account at this branch, dealing with many people. They have all been fantastic and gone way out of their way to help us in time critical situations. Sira and John, the branch manager, were both very good and helped on multiple occassions. However, most of our contact has been through Mark Jones, who has been excellent and extremely responsive, even going to the point of pulling up my first check order and catching an ommission.

  Horrible place. Not only lectured me about how wonderful they are and how I should get and account there, tried to pressure me into an account for easily 15 minutes, then proceeded to charge me $7.50 to cash a $211 dollar computer generated paycheck because I didn't get an account. They charge more than check cashing companies. I have no reason to ever step foot in that place again. Go to the north side branch, they aren't con artists like this southside branch.

  I called this branch to ask one simple question. After 13 minutes of being on hold and being switched from one automated system to another I was forwarded to a call center. The call center switched me back to the 54th Ave so. branch where I was again had to navigate the automated menu. I could have walked to the branch in the time it took to get a person on the phone.

  tried to call my local banker at the number posted on the internet. Tried unsuccessfully for 20 minutes. finally got someone on a similar number (892-2037, just going sequentially from 892-2034). We have banked at this location for over 20 years. Would like to think I can get a banker on the rare occasions I need to speak to someone.

  They hold my mortgage. Very friendly courteous staff. Usually have plenty of tellers. They are quick to answer questions.
