      Best bank in the East. Let me make a worker deposit last minute on a Saturday. Entire staff stayed make sure this customer banking needs were met. Very clean as well!

      I made a appoint for 11 a.m for a simple name change and I was told to have a seat at 10:58 a.m. I was not actually acknowledged until 11:15 a.m. and I was not actually helped until 11:25 a.m. Ms. Hicks who was visiting from another branch helped me and I was out by 11:31 a.m. She is the only reason I raised my review to where it is. This branch needs to do better with their appointments. This is a holiday weekend and I value my time. There is no way a customer should have to wait that long for a quick change.

      The customer service in this bank is ridiculous. There are only 2 tellers in the bank every time i come in here so the line becomes very long. The tellers have no enthusiasm as if they even like their job. The bank manager he is not attentive to his employees or customers using this location. He walks around with his head in his phone. The service manager always has a attitude . You stand in line for 20 min plus & the tellers don’t even give the courtesy to apologize for the wait in line! Management needs a change. ASAP

      After the service and treatment I received from Wells Fargo & manager Carol Gardner I closed my account. If they were the last bank in the world I wouldn’t open another account with them. I waited in line for 25 minutes with only two people in line ahead of me, when I reached the teller there was no thank you for your patience or we apologize for the wait. I asked for the manager on duty and the teller, Carol Gardner said it was her! I drop my cards under the teller window and she screwballs her face while telling me I don’t have to be nasty and throw in the cards!!! I’m a disabled person! with a nonworking arm! that I used to place those cards under the window!!!! if the manager is providing the worst service, I don’t think it can get any worse. I called Wells Fargo to follow official complaint. No one, even a disabled person, should be treated poorly, let alone not even given the courtesy of a thank you or an apology, because she failed to apologize after making such a negative accusation! and it actually made me feel bad as a disabled person because I’m not able to put it down the proper way. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone. I filed a complaint by calling Wells Fargo and it’s been two weeks they followed up by sending me a generic email as a response. I don’t deserve this type of treatment, no customer does. I have now closed my Wells Fargo account.

      I had a very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I came in on 5/3/21 at 1:15pm to complete a wire transfer of a sum of money that was too large to be completed online. It was time sensitive as it was related to the closing of a property and needed to be completed that day. The teller informed me that I needed to make an appointment with the banker/business specialist (Denita Thompson) in order to complete the wire and that there were no available appointments in the area that day. The teller told me I could ask Ms. Thompson myself if she would see me as she had just completed an appointment and did not have any clients at that time. At this point, I asked to withdrawal the money in cash. I was told I had to wait to see if that was possible that day and that she would have to ask the service manager (Carol Gerald). While I was waiting, I asked the Ms. Thompson if she could please squeeze me in to complete a time sensitive wire transfer of a large sum of money. She was walking around chatting with staff and spraying lysol into the air. The time was 1:25 pm. She informed me that she was too busy to see me because she needed to "stand at the door and watch" and that she had another appointment scheduled at 2:00pm. She continued walking around the branch spraying lysol---she did not have a client at this time or the entire time from 1:20 until I left the bank about 30 minutes later. I asked to see the Branch manager (Kouadio Kaunan). I informed him that I needed to complete a wire and that Ms. Thompson informed me that she did not have another appointment for 30 minutes. He appeared surprised that she would not see me and said he would speak to her himself. He proceeded to speak with Ms. Thompson and then informed me that Ms. Thompson controls her own schedule and that she did not have time to see me as she did not want to be late for her next client. At this point it was 1:31pm (yes I checked the exact time). I asked Mr/ Kaunan if it took 30 minutes to complete the wire? I know it does not. He responded that it takes a little time and that she just can’t see you. I told him I was very disappointed with the customer service I was being provided as the banker clearly did not have a client and has not had one for the last 10 minutes. At this point, he confirmed that he could provide me with the large sum of cash instead of the wire. I reiterated that I would prefer to just complete the wire transfer as I was not comfortable leaving the bank with that amount of cash. He shrugged and offered no further assistance. This entire interaction took over 30 minutes--all because a poorly trained bank manager and banker decided to dig their heels in and refuse to simply conduct my wire transfer (which could have been completed in half the time that I wasted taking up 1 of the only 2 tellers that were seeing clients!!!) Instead they sent a heavily pregnant woman out the door with a large amount of cash squeezed into 2 paper envelopes. I had to ask for a second envelope after the teller attempted to give me my all of the cash in a single paper envelope with all of the money hanging out. Shame on this branch, the branch manager Kouadio Kaunan, Service Manager Carol Gerald and the banker/ business specialist Denita Thompson. As a customer of over 20 years, I will be closing my Wells Fargo account.

      It’s the slowest Wells Fargo i been to. It doesn’t make sense to have 15 people waiting and only 2 tellers. When there is others that can open up another window and take care of customers needs and expectations. I have all my accounts with Wells Fargo and I’m glad I did not make my decision on banking from this locations. Management needs to hire more people or motive theirs team.

      Horrible Wells Fargo branch for business customers!! I just got denied service for opening up a business bank. I had all my docs, left work early to make it here well before they close. Super kind young lady asked me to wait while she asks the manager if he would take me. This “manager” denies service to me to my face and says to come back tomorrow morning. Question: What kind of bank denies service to one of their long time business customers? Answer: A bank run by a lazy manager who doesn’t care about it’s customers. No wonder everyone says Wells sucks. I guess they don’t know how to hire either. I’ll be opening my business account with Bank of America since they’re actually a 2019 business and customers can register bank accounts with them online. And I’m sure their managers wouldn’t deny business customers during normal store hours either.

      This is the worse Wells Fargo you could go to so avoid it at all costs! The line is like the welfare line in DC! Doesn’t matter what day you go in, they have the slowest and most minimal staff on site! Honestly you wouldn’t even find the same poor services in Montgomery county! Black folks need to speak up and stop giving folks business that don’t care about the quality of services being provided in the black community!

      Little to no wait times. They cashed my wells fargo check without many restrictions compared to other branches.

      The wait time is ridiculous! Lack of knowledge from the bankers I assume they are new. Many changes in rules due to consistent new staff smh Poor service- terrible delivery
