wade simmoms1I should of looked at the reviews before banking g at wells Fargo...yes they use your $$...I've deposited two checks in the last 4 weeks both times the money was in my account three days later they pulled it out because they said that the check had insufficient funds I run a painting business when I have to call my customers back to tell them they have a certain sufficient funds to not good and when they call me back to tell me that my check has been cleared out of their accounts it's really not good so yes very horrible banking.... as soon as I receive my money I will be closing my account

Brady Lee5Best bank ever! Suprised at low star reviews. Most are quick to review bad experiences but NEVER review when they have an awesome one! They have always treated me with utmost respect and have helped me set up quick access on my phone with their awesome app. I can do everything on there, which makes less trips to the bank. Thanks Wells Fargo Pagosa for making life easier!

Carol ann Morris1I called to make an appointment to discuss my options for investing money, CD, Savings Account etc. An appointment was set up for me. A lady named "BO" called me back, said there was no reason to come in as they were not really concentrated on that end of the business right now, more on "lending". She then said she was NOT going to cancel my appointment in the system because she had some person business to take care of and didn't want to alert her management team that she was taking that as personal time. HELLO???? Talk about poor ethics!

Jacque Aragon1The teller name Cheyenne was extremely rude to me. When I was simply making a deposit for a business that I have managed and banked here for over 15 years. When I asked for a balance inquiry she freaked out and said that I am not listed on the account. Which I am. She wouldn’t even listen to me. And had a frown on her face and really rude tone. Customer service is key, in a small town. And Cheyenne, you need a new job.

David “Puss Crusher” Snow1The worst bank ever. I've never been to a bank that was staffed with more incompetent people. And the liberties they take with your money is ridiculous. Was given a shoddy "second chance" checking account (coming off a Chase account 10 years in good standing) this means random holds on your checks (even ones drafted on their bank) and apparently that the staff is allowed to lie to you about when your money will be available. Rude, idiotic manager, stupid staff with no math skills (I've had to deposit and then withdraw several times due to tellers inability to use a calculator, or listen to what I said). Screw this bank.

K Sawyer1If I could rate 0 stars I would. They wouldnt deposit my check and the teller was extremely rude. I have had an account with them for over 20 years and never had an issue until dealing with this location. With all the 1 star reviews I shouldn't be shocked.

Selene Nevarez1Yesterday I went to Deposit $200 dollars with a teller named Kacey. She gave me w receipt for $100 do I said “excuse me I actually gave you two hundred, she said “ sorry I always have a pile of money right here I didn’t count it” so I said please give me a total and credit the other $100 on the account. She did so and we laughed it off. The manager called a few minutes later to tell me I didn’t deposit two hundred. I demanded they look at the video and show me it. I want to see the transaction. Still no solution. I’m so upset I can’t take it
