Jessi Baker5I’ve spent a year trying to get my dads account transferred to probate estate. The amount of issues due to the banks near me being closed but requiring in person verification has been a nightmare. I came here for work, took a shot and went in. Shannel handled everything, getting to the bottom of an annoyingly long process. She was very patient with me (a year into it I was pretty mad). As whole well Fargo needs to accommodate for their shortage of staff, but I am relieved and grateful to the staff they have in Texarkana…. They have a good morale and are very helpful. charlie bergen1I wish there was a zero star. This bank needs management help. The tellers think they are in charge of your money and the management does zero training to improve the inadequate level of service. I'm not surprised that only one location is remains open.

In life, see people like those 2 Employees for Wells Fargo deserve more then a pay check. And well never get the credit they deserve. Well Doggies5Good facility, friendly staff including a notary, two atms at drive thru, and one atm at the front entrance walkway into the bank. Good place to do business.

Courtney Paige1The worst bank I’ve ever used. They lie about having your overdraft turned off and they never answer the phone when you call. They just take your money and leave you out of it.

Jessica Sweat1I absolutely hate Wells Fargo and do not deal with this bank on any level, however today I had no choice as my bank wanted to put a 2 day hold on a check I was trying to cash and it was a Wells Fargo check so I went to the nearest branch to my bank. The teller was absolutely unprofessional . I sent my ID in along with the check and waited for a few minutes before she asked if she could help me, I informed her that I wanted to cash my check. She then said that she needed another form of ID and went off the screen. I wasn't sure what kind of ID would be required (It's not like I just carry my Social security card with me and usually that is considered a second form of ID) so I pushed the call button and asked her what she meant and this heifer looked at me and said 'ID is something used to IDENTIFY yourself' so I said 'Ok, my DL isn't enough?' And she proceeded to tell me that I'm not a customer there so they don't know WHO I am. She was extremely unprofessional and tacky and she has NO business working with the public. I ended up sending my school ID in along with my DL and that was fine but the teller could have elaborated in a PROFESSIONAL manner what exactly would be accepted in terms of a second form of ID and she could have explained WHY it was needed in a professional manner.

Kelly Jordan1Staff at Richmond road location was rude and freaked out about Covid. Rudely Barking orders at people to put a mask on when they walk in and stopped what ever they were doing repeating over and over like crazy people. If you are that afraid of covid don't open the lobby have drive through only. I will never set foot in this location again.

David Evans3You need to tell people the new hours or change them with Google or something that closure thirty minutes early can mean the difference in no money over a weekend or any other inconvenience.. Otherwise I'm perfectly satisfied with my bank

Donnie Whitt1Very unprofessional. Came in to get an insurance check endorsed. Had to drive an hour because there's no locations near Mount Pleasant. Got there and they said they couldn't help me because they don't have a manager on Saturdays. They did send me 15 mins across town to another branch that does have a manager. Got to the other branch and the manager said all locations are supposed to staff a manager on Saturdays, and they are always having to cover for this location.
