Tim Walsh4Haven’t visited the branch inside; stopped by after hours to use ATM. There’s no walk-up accessible ATM after hours, only drive-through. Not a big issue, but I always appreciate being able to walk up.

Kandesse Wang1Absolutely no sense of customers service...branch manager makes her own rules.. avoid this branch like the plague. Other banks or branches have consistently been more cordial letting customers access their $ timely and not waste their time with their own made up rules.

Jeff Gleeman1This is one of the worst banking Experiences I have ever had in my life. corporate should shut this branch down for having incompetent staff. I was at this branch today for over 3 hours for a 5 minute transaction that took over 15 minutes, I had to send the can back 4 times to correct the paperwork they kept messing up. They had one line open for 40+ cars. I will be ending my relationship with WF after 15 years over today. I would give 0 stars if I could...

Eliza Boykin5I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 15 years or better. However for the last few years I have been going to this branch. Their is a young woman by the name of Raquel who is truly a pleasure to deal with. She always have a smile on her face and knows her job. When you speaks with Raquel you know your business will be handled in a professional way. I would like to say "Thank You Raquel" for all your help since I started coming into this branch. Wells Fargo need more people like Mz Raquel.

Harris Syed3I don’t like the fact this branch has different hours than the branches in the local area , All the branches should have the same branch hours . Unfair to the customers , other banks have the same hours weather your in garden city or Hicksville. The drive up atm is clean . I’m glad Wells Fargo is taking precautions due to Covid 19, right now should not a be a time to be opening a account

Nick Dougherty1The Branch manager should be fired. She is rude , and makes her own rules. She told me she could not print out a document and would not even let me talk. In 30 years of having bank accounts she was the worst Person I ever dealt with. I would love to talk to her superior so they know who they have running their bank. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she laughed under her breath and handed me a card and said this coversation is over. I went to the one in Hempstead and was pleastly welcomed by Stacy and her team. This is my second interaction of dealing with her. She also told me another lie.... She said you can’t open an account with a partner in another state. This is not true. After opening a personal account at another branch they were able to accommodate my request. She is a liar and should Be fired for making her own rules and laughing at customers. The reason I stayed with Wells Fargo is because of people like Stacy and Carlton ( from the Garden City Branch ) If someone would please call me to dicuss how I was treated I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
