Emilio5I had a dispute and it got taken care of the same day,anyone that has ever had this problem knows it can take up to 10 business days. Also Edwin and Lindsay are always helpful. A++ FOR the Telford branch I've been a customer for 10 years and I'll be one for 10 more

Leslie Humlhanz1Predatory. I live paycheck to paycheck and check my account daily. I checked my account the morning of the 17th. According to the online banking, I still had 2 outstanding checks so I transferred funds before the bank opened at 8am. At 8pm I received a text saying that my account was negative??? So I went online again and looked at it and magically there was one of the checks that were outstanding. It posted on the 16th? It wasn't there when I checked my account the morning of the 17th? The manager was not willing to help me at all. I'm closing my accounts. I do not recommend this bank.

robin chambers1I'll be closing my accounts. You're going to take 10 dollars out a month to put in your pocket when I have over 700 in my account...screw that. Ill close the bigger account too and use my other bank that doesn't charge me a dime!!
