Geoff Yu1Horrible branch. We were told to sign in by Karla and waited an hour to be called on. The mobile wait list stated we were 4th in line. We then see Karla leave the building so we asked another representative on the status and said there an additional 1 hour wait unless the next person in line doesn’t show. The branch is empty and apparently Karla went to lunch. Karla didn’t care about people waiting. She was at her desk doing nothing most of the time before she left for lunch. Branch staff will not jump the line regardless of the branch being empty. It will take you 1 week to access your safe deposit box. Bottom line is, this organization is utmost awful and there are plenty of other options out there. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Tiff Banks1The customer service here is awful. I simply asked for my statement and was refused by Jorge and told I had to wait in line for the tellers because he was about to go to lunch. I have removed all my money from Wells Fargo due to their business practices

Charles Jastre4Very impressed with the service that I received. Everyone treated me like a best friend even though I came in work clothes ... at closing time. While every place else was giving me the run-around, they gave me the loan that I needed ... that day. If I had got there in the morning, the loan proceeds would have been in my account the same day. There are actually two Bank locations on two separate blocks. The main building has a large lobby with full facilities, even lock boxes; and a drive up ATM on the side. One block to the South is a building with no lobby, but many (11) drive through lanes, offering a variety of services.

Kevin ixviixiii1Worst branch I have ever been to , I came to get a temporary card and when I was at a restaurant it didn't go through . When I called the 1-800 number they said they can't do anything with temporary cards I would have to go to the branch that have it to me. I called about 20 times to the lady who helped me at the bank and I called the manager and nobody would pick up , I had to come back to the bank 25 min away from where I was and had to come back and wait another 20 min till the lady was available again . Made me want to consider banking somewhere else .

Daniel Hughes4A good branch to visit when needed. The staff is always friendly. Wait tomes very a bit but i have never waited more then then 30 minutes to see someone. Clean branch. Please do be cautious with the Covid pandemic this branch is under limited service for walk in. If you need an associate for non-teller business you do have to set an appointment.

Jeffrey Dornak1If I could give it less than one stars I would. At 1:00 PM and there’s only one drive-thu teller. There were eight cars waiting and the teller was spending 15 minutes on one person. The drive-through is for quick transactions only and the person having problems should’ve been directed inside.

Teresa Rodriguez1Horrible customer service. Tellers are very lazy And don't like doing anything extra. it's hard enough for them to do their job so if you ask For additional service they tell you they cant do it. I had to end up going to another Wells Fargo just to get great customer service because this one lacks it .

Jessica B2Awful experience.... twice.... kind of sad to see I'm not alone. This branch alone makes me question my loyalty to Wells Fargo. First time I went in, I was overlooked and people after me who did not sign in were taken before me - so I left after 45 minutes (I was on my lunch break). Second time I used the drive thru to cash a check and the teller made up some BS excuse about how since it's an insurance check she couldn't take it and it would be returned to me, even though she "could try".... My husband took it to his branch in Greenway and they cashed it no problem and had no clue what the other teller was talking about. This is a poor excuse for a bank. The people that work there (especially the branch manager) should be ashamed of such an awful place of business.
