  This has to be the absolute slowest branch I've been to in years. Waitied over 15 minutes in the drive through line. It was just before 4pm and there was only 1 car in each lane, no big lines or anything. I ended up just driving away to try and catch the next closest branch open. Im a business owner So I visit different branches throughout the DFW every couple of days, now I know where to stay away from.

  I am 100% disappointed in this Bank. They remain closed and not open to their clients, like most other banks. The lines are long. They do not answer the phone. 100% disconnected from their clients since they have allowed Covid to run their bank. Time to Switch Banks

  For 15 years, we have banked with Wells Fargo at this location. The personnel have always been courteous, helpful and friendly. My only regret is that they changed banking hours to closing at 5:00 p.m. rather than 6:00 p.m.

  I have banked with Wells Fargo for about 4 years now, very impressed, I would like to recognize Ryan Sims she took her time with me and showed me everything I needed to know and then some. I will be banking with this Wells Fargo for now on and will go to Ryan Sims for all of my needs and questions.

  Been a customer for years, all the staff that worked there were really friendly and courteous, recently had a separate & very bad experience with the notary service on that branch, the management has to consider that any uncourteous behavior stands against the bank's values, definitely that old lady has to retire or more customers will be leaving the bank...
