Garfield Turner1Came in to open an account at 9:30 and was told that no one will be available until 12:30. If the bank is open then someone should have been available to set up my new account. For a back story I had sold my car to Carvana. They gave me a check for Wells Fargo and I needed a bank account to deposit my check so that I don't walk around East Orange with fourteen thousand dollars. The Carvana representative allowed me to take the car that I just sold to cash the check. Because of this bank I had to run to another Wells Fargo which caused me to be late. It took so long that they left because they assumed that I took the check and stole the car, so they voided the check after it was deposited in my new checking account.

Marie Jeanty1I can't understand why must I wait 15 to 20 minutes to see a teller! I would like someone to address this issue. When I use other locations closer to non black areas that is not the case. This location always have 2 tellers working ... one for drive. Taking my accounts elsewhere!!!

Jonathan Heath5I love the customer service here in this branch. I never have any problems with anyone in this bank. They make sure that I'm aware if there's any funny business going on that looks suspicious to them. They truly care about their customers and not every branch is like that.
