  Having an fraud alert is an untimely unplanned for inconvenience. But when the process is made super easy thru customer service & I can walk into this location to receive a temporary card is why I stay committed to Wells Fargo. The account associate who helped me, she was professional, friendly, & a breathe of fresh air. Such a bubbly demeanor. Taken care of in less than 15mins. Busy shopping ctr. Parking available. Thank you.

  Every single time I am here I wait over 30 minutes when I am “allegedly” next in line! I have been here countless times and every experience is the same. The people who work here are extremely nice and helpful, which is why I come back...but the wait time is outrageous. I have come at all different times during the day and it is the same experience. If you think 1 hour is enough, you should plan for 2 with wait time, service and commute (5-8 min) all included.

  What an amazing group of staff. I'm not from Philadelphia I hear temporary for a job. I have to say I'm super impressed with the customer service not only the teller but the manager gave to me today. They represent Wells Fargo very well!

  The manager here informed me that their lawnmkwer shed of a bank is no longer accepting cash deposits. Only checks and money orders are accepted from non account holders. This is a violation of federal law, as money is legal tender and cannot be discriminated against by a bank. Long lines, rude staff, horrible experience. Went after corporate and closed two accounts after visiting here. I took the cash from their own ATM and they wouldnt accept it.

  Even when you have appointment the will let you wait for ever without respect make sure you don't go to deyana l mungro because she won't respect you and respect your time
