andy echevarria1Really bothers me that I had to write this review since peggy Catherine was very helpful and respectful unfortunately Nuryz Almeida was not she just looked at me with a blank face I figured she was just having a bad day but that wasn’t the case after saying hi to her since she couldn’t even say that and telling her what I needed help with she just dump me into the corner and said I’m not sure if anyone could help you here…..but just wait there…… making me feel like a piece of trash. While waiting there and taking a deep breath she greeted everyone very happy with a big smile that’s when I realized it was the color of my skin that she didn’t like. Btw I had never experienced this in my life.

Catherine Britton1The worst. Donna Moy-Waletzki is incompetent. When formal complaints are lodged and escalated through two levels of executive management, there is still no resolution. Take your money elsewhere.
