      As a customer of Wells Fargo for nearly 20 years, I am absolutely shocked that I cannot bring old Wells Fargo checks to the branch to be put in the shred bin for security purposes. Little things go a long way, and I’ll be looking for an alternate bank moving forward.

      Came in to go to safe deposit box. One CSR out of 7 including tellers had a customer. Made me wait over 20 minutes to get in my box. I dispose coming to this branch

      Never know whether the lobby is open or what the hours are because they do not communicate them. Tried to make a deposit but could not because they could not add up the 11 checks to get the right total. They do not make any effort at customer service. Now trying attempt #4 to make this deposit and this is not the first time this has happened at this bank. My time will be better spent looking for a new bank which is what I am now doing.

      Closed the branch so they make you use the drive through ATMs. Gov Wolf can march with protestors arm-in-arm in Philly but makes you wait 45 minutes in a drive through line to withdraw your hard earned money. Drive through took forever and the staff were rude & short with me. Not to mention you can barely make out what they're saying with the car running and terrible audio quality from the screen. Usually have good experiences with this bank but this branch is awful. Stay away.

      I have been a member here for over 30 years. Everyone at the bank is friendly and very helpful. You can have someone take care of your investments or come here and cash a check. Their usually busy at lunch time and after work. Their opened during the week until 5 pm on Friday until 6 pm and on Saturday until 2 pm. They have 2 Mac machines 1 indoors the other outside behind the bank. They have a parking lot also and drive throughs if your in a hurry. Regina is the bank manager and she is very nice and will help customers if needed. Their located on Fayette St. next to our new Police Department. Its a good bank to belong to and close to home.

      Helpful but this store is a little behind in company rules. Got a temporary card and was waiting for my card for a month. Called the corporate and said they don’t give temporary cards anymore. So seemed to be a miscommunication but overall the customer service was great

      I went to pay my taxes. Simone Molock told me that WF won't accept cash from non-account holders even though the tax collector has an account with them. She claims WF notified all their customers, which makes no senses since it doesn't affect their customers. Then, she said that they informed Dominic Coccia. Why does Conshohocken Borough do business with WF if they give preferential treatment to account holders? Seems like Conshohocken Council should consider moving their accounts from WF.

      Banks never help when you need them too... My Goes to bank help filling out mortgage paperwork from same bank can't help sorry .. What are all the desk for then terrible
