Slade Blade5I'd like to say since this pandemic and all the stress I've had this week the representatives here have went well beyond normal customer service. They have helped me with getting a new card and retrieving a digital wallet from numerous calls to digital wallet providers. I had sat down with a rep and called Wells Fargo to verify info and today was all cleared and verified within a day. Thank everyone at this branch who's helped me after losing my wallet. I've been to almost everyone here in the past week and have not been disappointed

Andra DelMonico5I stopped by here to deposit a check for my father. I'm not a customer of Wells Fargo. The employees here were so friendly! They handled the line of customers professionally and timely. They were sweet to the customers who wanted to chat. They answered questions and were knowledgeable in answering the guy's questions who was being helped at the counter next to me. They even gave him a heads up about policy changes that were expected in the coming weeks.

Micah Lessner5I had a huge discrepancy with Wells Fargo. They doubled a reversal charge on me halting me from making my insurance payment. I had made various phone calls to their customer service center and claims department center attempting to find a solution and correction to my situation in a timely manner. After many failed attempts I went straight to the sorce ( the bank where the charges occurred) and hoped to find a solution. When I arrived at the bank a Mr. Adam Banks, greated me and ask how he could help. I asked to speak directly to a manager and he made an effort to grab somebody on this Christmas Eve. I guess the manager was busy because he dealt with me personally. After he had received information on the account he relentlessly persued the onslaught of Customer service agents and managers to make sure I had the funds in my account immediately. He also assured me I would be able to make my payment in a timely manner. After 45 minutes in the bank, a resolution offered with me getting my correct funds back into the account. Gentleman like Mr. Adam Banks is the reason I will continue to bank with Wells Fargo. I appreciate his consistency and aggressive fight (especially on Christmas Eve) to make sure I was able to get what I had to get done. Thank you Mr. Adam Banks. I won't forget your help, and I hope your outstanding service will not go unnoticed.

Michelle Santillo5The staff go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They also cater to non-account customers by cashing any Wells Fargo check free of charge even if you do not have an account with them!!!! All other places charge a fee to cash a check.

Ana Abreu1Bad service and horrible manners. Didn't care that my Mom car broke down and needed the money right away in her account. Rebecca Henderson is a lying Bth that said Amsot wouldn't charge me for getting my money order refund back but lied. Amsot charged me.

Chris Martzolf1Rude and pushy employees. Try to sign you up for things you do not need most likely in order to get a commission. They lie to get you to open an account. Will never go to any Wells Fargo again.
