John Barker1Worst bank ever.... horrible customer service. Harassed my mother in law when she went through the drive thru to withdraw HER money! Belittled her and just plain out rude. I will never ever open a bank account at Wells Fargo and I don't advise anyone else to either.

Wes Westmoreland1Been a customer for 18 years. Deposited a cashier's check from another bank...a CASHIER'S CHECK, guaranteed funds. They've made the choice to put a hold on the check for over a week. Now I can see if it was a personal check...but a cashier's check? I informed them that after 18 years I would be leaving them once they made funds available. Their response? Thanks for your business, have a good day. Not even an ATTEMPT to keep my business! Oh well, I'm going to a regional bank where my business is valued. Obviously Wells Fargo doesn't care much about mine. This just confirmed my decision.

Sean Farrell5This Wells Fargo branch always have the most helpful bankers working and always treat me as a valued customer. Not to mention they always have fresh coffee and a basket full of original pops suckers. Oh and they are fast unless you have something weird and new to deposit, then they take the time to confirm and verify.

Joal1Watched as 5 cars got helped I was stuck in the drive thru lane closest to the building. Sat there for 10 min while the cashier and the vehicle in front of me had a lengthy personal discussion. I am a vendor and needed to get back to work. I dont think it's right to have to sit here stuck while they catch up.

Kathy Catalano3This has been my main branch for many, many years, however, now they are changing staff out like a revolving door; never the same person; and they have changed their hours such that you can't get there before they close. What is up with shutting down every day at 5 pm? And no drive through on Saturdays? what happened to staying open until 6 pm on Fridays? Some of us work in other areas and can't get to the bank before 5 pm as we don't even get home until 5:15. These hours are not conducive to the public. I'm sorry it makes the tellers stay a little later, but what happened to our service?

Emily Hill5It's been a month or so since I've gone inside, but the last time I was there... gosh, the poor staff. A very impatient man was waiting in front of me. There was one teller at the time, and she was doing the best she could to help the current customer quickly and efficiently. The impatient man decided she needed to be yelled at, however, and he proceeded to berate her and shout at the rest of the staff who were performing their duties. Everyone was uncomfortable, but the staff and the teller took it in stride. They smiled and calmly acknowledged his complaints, then asked the manager to come to the front as assist the man. I appreciated their ability to remain poised and polite depsite this man's rudeness.

Leo B1They closed at 5 . They don't think , alot of people get off from work at 5 pm and can't go to the bank at the same time
