Zachary Marek5Solid banking experience. The drive through ATM is very clean and easy to use, makes it much easier to deposit money without having to go inside or wait for the ATM in front. It would be cool to have a second drive up ATM but it's totally understandable that there's only one. Staff inside seem friendly and attentive. Wanted to help me get a transaction done as quickly as possible a few weeks ago, it almost felt like they were rushing me out the door. Totally not complaining- with the pandemic going on, that's all we can ask for- quick, efficient service. Clean location. Ample parking. There was some guy yelling about Trump one time on the corner, he seems to frequent this area as I see him every time I go to Walmart. Oh well.

Jerald Soriano1On July 17, 2020. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experienced! I felt like the female manager and the tall gentleman banker were racial profiling! I went there to open up saving acct and they kept insisting they needed 2 valid ID form even I already presented them my diver license and open my online phone banking and told them I’ve been a Wells Fargo member for a year, they still want 2 physical ID for opening saving account, They’re reason is for my security! Ok. I walk back to my car all the way to the Walmart parking lot came back to the bank after 20mins and brought 5 forms of ID and presented to the teller and he told me there is no banker available and I told him that I was just here 20 mins ago and he Just pointed me to go to the lady in the front and sign up for appointment and the Lady asked my name and number and asked me to step out the bank since they don’t allow customers to wait in a lobby. I stepped out and after 5 mins I peak through the transparent door and I saw a female customer sitting in the lobby! . Finally Kristin brockman called me in to open my saving acct and she only asked my driver’s license and debit card and she was very helpful and nice! So I don’t know why those two were asking for 2 forms of ID! Ridiculous!

Bill Fisher1Very rude teller ,when asked for large Bill's said she couldn't, only for account customers, when I complained she said I should cash wells Fargo check at my bank. Surprisingly she,Gemmarose Gabuat , was Service manager, wow, terrible bank representative.

Mark Imani1Not professional banker, the layziest loan officer I have ever seen, rude cashiers. There are lots of big companies that are not existing anymore because they thought big enough to be survived, Wells Fargo will be one of them due to terrible customer service.
