      Wells Fargo on Hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach is always quick and easy to get in and out. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I wish that there was a WF in southern NC

      Had a check issued to me on Wells Fargo and went to ask for a cashiers check. They declined my offer saying it needed a stamp from my bank. When asking my bank they had no idea what stamp they wanted used. My bank then tried to call this branch for 30 minutes and never could get anyone on the phone.

      Rude, arrogant, cumbersome, difficult, and not at all focused on helping customers. The entire Wells Fargo brand is a lost cause now, and this branch is a classic illustration of just how badly the bank has declined.

      Came in to branch today for a card fraud claim. It's so nice banking with Wells Fargo here in NMB SC. We are always taken care of and their security is no joke. Everyone currently there is very respectful, though there were a couple in three past. They are gone! Not everything is negative, y'all. I personally have been with Wachovia/Wells Fargo since 1998. Why would I stay if my experience was bad? 😜 Thank you for always remembering my face, being kind, and quickly and expeditiously taking care of all our banking needs. #localbanking #noteverythingisBADyall #goodexperienceshappen #wellsfargo #wellsfargonmb🙃💯🏦💰

      We recently switched our business account over to Wells Fargo. Our experience has been excellent. Banking is now a pleasure rather than a chore the tellers are all very nice and the people in customer service are very helpful and knowledgeable. Being able to make deposits without filling out a deposit slip is great. I am not sure how it is in other branches but this one gets an A+

      When to the bank to deposit an insurance check I received from my insurance company for a claim. The check was made out to myself, my wife and the company that made the repairs to my house. The check was endorsed by all 3 parties and I wanted to deposit some in my checking account and my joint checking account with my wife. The teller would not deposit the check and after talking to the manager, she wouldn't deposit the check either stating that all three parties had to be present or a stamp from the repair company had to be on the back of the check. I DON'T RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE WELLS FARGO BANKING. NOW I SEE WHY THE US GOV'T FINED THE COMPANY DUE TO QUESTIONABLE AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS. Now I have to go to the repair company and give them the endorse check and have them write a check out to myself since I have already paid the repair company before I received the insurance check.

      I waited for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru to cash a check for cash. The only thing the teller said to me was I needed t o show a ID and debit card to cash my check. Since it was made out to cash I have no idea why I needed to show my debit card. She had nothing else to me, not Hello, not thank you for banking with us, nothing! Very rude, very very rude.

      Do not answer the phone. Therefore, can't make appts. Then if you show up, they refuse you entry. Has now happened twice. First time, I'll excuse it. Second time, see ya. Closing our accounts & moving to BB&T.

      Went to the drive thru teller to deposit $319.00 (which I re counted TWICE) my boyfriend was the one driving so I gave him the money and said $200 into savings and $119 into checking. When the teller got to us she asked how she could help us and my boyfriend said what I told him too. She then came over the intercom and said "so a hundred into each?" My boyfriend turned to me very puzzled and I said "what did she just say?" My boyfriend corrected her and said "no, two hundred into savings and the rest into checking" when I got my receipts back only $109 got deposited into checking. I went in and told the lady and she said that the girls drawer was correct so I was SOL. I've never had a problem with this bank before but if you go through the drive thru teller and only see ONE girl working. Double check, or even triple check your money. She probably would of stole the whole $100 if I hadn't already double checked. Very disappointed and disgusted.

      I open acct on Nov1 this year. I made 3 deps via phone.All from SAME acct.1st 2 were credited with no problem.3rd one only $200 was credited and $800 put on hold until the 10th.I have auto drafts scheduled before the 10th.Made bad move choosing WF.
