Nikit Shah1I entered the bank, and one the banker approached me. I said I wanted to deposit cash in my account, and she asked me to wait in front of the tellers. Sounds normal so far. More customers started pouring in as this was the lunch hour, another banker comes and asks me - how can I help you? I say - need to deposit cash. He says, we have a line back there. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told to wait in another line. These folks do not know how to a work a bank in this day and age. One of the worst banking experiences so far.

Arun Prassanth RB5Visited on a couple of occasions and my experience was pleasant overall. The staff is polite and very helpful. They do notary services free of cost for customers but only with appointments, so call before you go.

Sebastian Roj5I have no issues with this WF branch. Whenever I'm walking -in, i'm being greeted, and directed to either my banker (Michel) or to other personnel. If I call and Michael is not available, i can just leave a message and without any long delay , i will receive a call back. If i need something, like documents or form, i call in advance and ask, and picking in up at my nearest convenience. I'm sorry that other people may not have the same experience. However, as with any financial institutions, they have to follow some sort of rules.

Yu Bai1Most of the time the service is good except that there is one lady who always provides poor service. It feels like I owe her quite a lot of money when she serves me. Is there is another branch nearby I will definitely not go here at all.

Dianna Adair1Management overrides good staff decisions. Reported to regional office who agreed to provide a follow-up call on the resolution of the issue. No call - another branch needed to call to get cash they held deposited to the account. Perhaps a management change will help, until then try another branch.

Qasim Lodhi1Something about this branch... They try to put holds on checks that I regularly deposit from my own account from another bank. No other branch of WF troubled me this much and the customer service was third class, to put it mildly. Considering closing WF acct coz of experiences in this branch!

Paul1Went in to cash one of their checks and they treated me like a criminal. They entered all of my license information into the computer and insisted on my thumbprint be placed on the check before putting a hold against my credit card for the value of the check. The teller claimed he thought my ID was fake but couldn't answer when I asked why they took it at all then.
