  Opened an account for the new customer $300 bonus recently. Was met with great customer service by a banker, who was very professional and even gave me some insight into the company. While I'm never a fan of the big banks, this was one experience that was good.

  I had the best banking experience of my life today at the Timberhill location with Yari and Alyssa. These two amazing ladies gave me top shelf service and empathy. Highly recommend promotions or something special for these two! I love Wells Fargo now after being a customer for 25 years. Thank you a million times over for your kindness and help today ladies!

  I went in to cash a bunch (almost 400) of old student bond checks yesterday and the staff here couldn't have been more professional, kind and attentive. Amazing customer service all around; two tellers even stayed an hour after closing to help me complete my transaction. The staff here is also very understanding and patient if you're a new banker and will answer any questions you have (no matter how silly they may seem) about setting up your account. I couldn't have had a better banking experience! Thank you!

  Very friendly customer service. Attentive to customer needs. 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons - first is that the checks that should have been ordered when I opened my checking account were not ordered, second is that with a joint account I cannot see bill pay the other account holder has setup when logged in online.

  Worst bank + branch of Wells Fargo. One time I was waiting to speak with a banker and the manager told me to come back to her cubicle. While I was asking questions about my account, she pulled out her phone, set it on the desk, and texted while I talked. Awful customer service and they're misleading about interest rates.

  I called Friday to inquire about banking on Saturdays, was told they are open from 10-2 but wasn’t told I needed a appointment. I arrived at 11:15 and was told I could be seen until 1:30. Fairly unprofessional and nonchalant with my funds.

  If you are closed on weekends please take the sign off your door saying the wrong hours, it shows you are open Saturdays from 10-2.
