Nate Mash1If I could give this place a zero I would. No consistency in how they administer policy and most of the workers seem to not know what they can and can’t do. Very unpleasant experience always. May start looking for another bank.
Response from the ownerHi, Nate. This is not the customer experience we strive for, and I want to make sure the appropriate team addresses your concerns. Please mention your review and Google username in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers). James Duncan1This bank branch will be fine for customers with basic needs such as checking , ATM, etc., although one may find that the fees are excessive. The big problem with Wells Fargo arises when you have more complex needs such as an estate settlement. They are hopelessly backward when it comes to more complicated needs. In that regard, I had to go to another bank to get my late brother's estate settled. What was a rubber stamp simple operation at Bank of America was like pulling teeth at Wells Fargo. The couldn't in fact deal with the ordinary Savings Bonds my brother had. During a 3rd call to the Treasury Dept., they said "You need a new bank." And that's what I did. What was impossible at Wells Fargo was routine easy at BofA. Every time I go to BofA, I get a feedback form. No such thing at Wells Fargo because they don't care. Additionally, a Wells Fargo banker at another branch made a terrible paperwork mistake which caused me a huge expensive headache on my brother's death. The local people never acknowledged the mistake. For a whole bunch of reasons, I moved all my accounts to another bank. Day-to-day, Wells Fargo is perfectly fine (although high fees), but when you have a problem, they're hopeless compared to the competition. I highly recommend you go to the competition. There are several other nearby banks. Use them.

Kimberly Kaupert1Just stopped by to convert an account and was told I have to have an appointment to see a banker even though there were zero cars in the parking lot and no one in the bank. I told them I had three small children and it is really hard to find a sitter for them. I rearranged my whole morning to get this done and they were not accomadating at all. I will be closing my account instead. This little peon will take her business elsewhere.
Response from the ownerThank you for your detailed review, Kimberly. I'm truly sorry you haven't received the customer service you expect of us, and I want to thoroughly review your concerns. Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, username, phone number, and address (no account numbers). I look forward to discussing this further. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

Jacqueline Frenzel1Worst branch ever. I'm closing my accounts and switching to another bank. The staff there are rude and they are not very knowledgeable about the offerings of Wells Fargo. They didn't care that I was upset with the service or to rectify the situation.
