Ryan Jankowski1Is it common practice for a bank to go into your account and credit it without your consent or knowing?, then MONTHS down the road reverse credit your account and tell you there’s nothing they can do. I’m telling you right now, that is NOT ok, any change to your account like that should be consented, PERIOD. This happened to someone I know recently, someone that’s pretty mindful about their account, has been with them for 5yrs, and yet they did that to them. I’ve banked with Trona Valley Credit Union for over 10 years and they said that shouldn’t of ever happened. I’ll do my best to sway people from going to Wells Fargo if that’s the kind of business they do.

Nicole Weber1Don't try and get a loan through them a complete waste of time and run of your credit! Going on over 7 weeks! for a small loan. No communication with them no one has answers, when we finally do get through to someone after over hours on the service line they say they need more information so we give them that and still nothing! WORST BANK EVER! We will be closing our accounts and going elsewhere!

Angelena Beltran5This is the bank that my work uses and I have been coming in for 2 years now. Everytime i pull up all the bankers are very nice and always smiling they always look like they enjoy their job. I always use drive up. Shout out to Madi and there is one other gal I really wish I could remember her name (Shannon maybe) they are always so friendly. Thanks for making a difference. UPDATE 9/5/19 The other gals name is Candice. I always enjoy seeing their smiling faces. Keep up the great work.

Lost Krusader4Good place despite how busy they can be. Transactions are fast and staff are friendly and professional. I only wish they would keep the ATMs cleared out better so deposits can always be made. They are often full when I go to do a deposit and when its after hours its a problem.

bryan bear5Staff is always friendly, plus there's 2 ATMs at that location giving people to get in n out quickly. Wells Fargo has been the only back I've been with and will probably be the only back I go through

Roy E1Had a emergency and needed a replacement card asap....i was the only person in the bank waiting for one of the 3 bankers to come out for 20min had my semi truck blocking the mall... couldn't keep waiting gor something simple... withdrawal cash n left but still gotta find another branch, only come here if u got time to spend
