  Dealing with Wells Fargo auto is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They are absolutely awful. Each representative provides different information about the same problems. If your purchasing a vehicle and plan to keep it for the duration of the loan or at least 3 months when paid off this might be a good bank for you. On the other hand it you’d like to sell it whether it’s planned or unexpected in the middle of a loan for any reason like for a change, money issues, or just because your life has changed and you need something else when paid off IMMEDIATELY switch banks and NEVER use Wells Fargo auto and you will avoid many future headaches. The experience has been a complete nightmare. Your welcome in advance.

  Wouldn't let my wife and I make a withdrawal because my wifes maiden name is on her ID even though she had the marriage certificate and we've done it at the wappingers falls branch 15 times before this newburgh location opened. But they let us deposit a check..... Literally makes no sense. So, while in a rush to get to the hospital for a family emergency, we had to drive 30 minutes away to make a withdrawal so we could pay our rent. And when we told them we did it in wappingers 15 times we were met with ( oh well, we won't do it here) cleaning out the bank and going else where.

  ATM is always unavailable for deposits and cash withdrawals. Absolutely hate this branch. And avoid an auto loan at all costs from WF. The worst, everyone you speak with gives you a different story/answer.

  Nice bankers, they greet you warmly and get right down to business. Never had a long wait or long line. Parking is plentiful, the bank is nicely kept. Can't find a thing to criticize...

  We had to wait for a representative, but that's typical of any bank. The branch manager opened the account with us and was personable and efficient. A fantastic experience so far!

  Worst bank ever to deal with for auto loan, switch to someone else as fast as possible. Takes for ever to get anything done from them. Wish I could do -5 stars

  This bank has been closed for weeks. Why haven't you communicated with your customers about what's going on? As soon as I can I will be closing my account.

  Never realized I could make my mortgage payment there. Took less than 5 minutes. I was greeted when I walked in, very nice rep took my payment. Very satisfied!

  This bank is awesome customer service is excellent an the bank manger was great we needed something notarized an he did it no problem also the bank teller katlyn is so friendly and her customer service skills are awesome
