  I’ve cashed checks at most banks with ease. This is the first and only bank I’ve ever had trouble with. I tried cashing a Wells Fargo check there for a small amount and was denied for not having two forms of id with me. I was asked for my passport. I don’t have one of them. So I left and deposited it in my checking account and did a withdraw at great western. Trying to save some time turned into a headache.

  if I could, I would give zero stars. Long story short I deposited money in the atm. The atm took my money but didn'tdeposit it. I tried the branch location i was at they told me they don't deal with that but here's a 1800 number I can call. So not feeling so secure about my money, I call and make a claim. Its been about 2 weeks with no contact from them. I try calling to check on the claim almost everyday. My wait time is always 30min and over and they finally pick up wait about 20 sec. Without saying anything and hang up. I never been so annoyed with a bank . I would not recommend this bank for the simple fact that the branches don't extend any help to help you figure it out. (Because clearly the 1800 # is a waste of time) As soon as I get a refund I will definitely be closing my account.

  I’m not really sure why I bank here. They don’t even have a change counter and won’t accept your change, unless however you have taken the time to individually wrap them in the change paper containers. It always seems like they are nickel and diming me. Most smaller banks are getting with it and have apps to do direct deposit or deposit checks. If you are going to need a bank in Sioux Falls I would go down the road to Security National.

  Unbelievably rude. I am denied service for a regular, free-of-charge transaction which I have performed several times in the past at this specific branch because a sour-faced semi-human with no name tag insists that she is the MANAGER and it is AGAINST POLICY. I just wanted to not have a giant stack of twenty dollar bills in my pocket and wished to change them for one hundred bills. I have done this before. It is a standard courtesy service from ANY BANK as I can say from experience. But if this person who refuses to tell me her name--only insisting that she is the MANAGER and her name doesn't matter-- tells me that it is suddenly AGAINST ALL WELLS FARGO POLICY very loudly so everyone in the entire bank can hear, I guess I should be grateful for being treated like a criminal and thank her for deigning to speak with me. Avoid this branch, avoid this bank, avoid this town!

  Nobody in there really cares. Try a different wells fargo...going on 45 minutes wait for my husband to get a temp card. Got here @ about 3:20-3:30 It's now 4:15. Ridiculous. I became here yesterday to get help after my purse was stolen. From my car @ work. Came in and told the guy I needed help (Was still a little distraught) no comfort or concern was offered or shown. Young guy with grey hair (very spacy and unattentive) told me to go sit down and id be helped. I waited over 15 minutes as i watched employees just kinda hangin out. So I left, and got immediate help @ different Wells Fargo as soon as i walked in, And told them what happened, I was instantly assured everything would be ok and got right to work on closing and opening new accounts, help with getting some of my money out as they knew i was having a terrible day.

  This is my favorite Wells Fargo in town. Always full of helpful staff ready to assist. Special thanks to Scott S. business banker great guy, great work!

  Good location with very helpful friendly employees. Need to fix all the potholes in their parking lot.

  Banked at Wells Fargo for 8 years, wouldn't allow me to even use the restroom at this location! Stay away... smh
