  They closed one of my savings accounts because it had below a certain level. I went to the bank to have it reopened or open a new one and a man sitting in the cubical at the door who I assume is the manager told me I would have to come back because the “bankers” had left for the day. Like I want to come back and screw around in a bank a second time for something so menial. Every bank employee knows how to open a simple account esp a manager or assistant manager.

  Wells Fargo bank is the best bank I have come across..in last 5 years I never had any problem or issue with my WF bank.. My branch located on Freemanberg Ave is the best branch..The entire branch is extremely courteous and cooperative. Keep up the excellent work. God bless you all.

  This is a awesome Bank. As a Wells Fargo Mortgage Customer and Checking acct this Branch was so helpful when I needed help when I needed some help after the unexpected passing of my wife. The Branch manager was so kind and helpful who came over to the drive up window and helped me with questions. What a great manager and the drive thru tellers are so nice here. This is what banks are all about . the People.

  Best Wells Fargo branch ever! I was having issues with my statements and they resolved all issues in a timely fashion. The Branch manager Tabitha was down-to-earth, extremely helpful and courteous! She met all of my expectations with extreme professionalism! Would I got back, absolutely!!!

  Racially profiled. I wanted to make a withdrawal from my account and was asked where the money came from and how did I get it. I went to drive up tell number 3 @ 4:25 and didn’t leave until 4:40. She said she had to call someone to confirm. Also I had to demand my card & ID back. I went to the other wells fargo on 25th Street and received my money within 6 minutes.

  i always liked this branch best. all the other banks seem to be open along with everything else. why is it still closed?

  My only entire gripe with this branch is there should be an ATM drive up. Otherwise, the staff and branch are great!
