Jordan Obenour1I went to this branch and spoke to the teller tammy hill. i needed to exchange some bills and she was extremely rude and made me feel like i was inconveniencing her and she somehow got me to agree to something other than what i asked for. so unhelpful and unkind, see a different teller if theres an option.

Deidre Pritt1Banking was “offline” at the branch nearest my office. Asked if it was area or bank wide issue with an “I don’t know” response. While driving the 1/2 hour home tried calling the branch nearest my home with no success. Had the “call center” attempt to call the branch with no answer. When I arrived and walked into the branch every employee just standing around because they were offline so I asked why then someone could not have answered the phones. Horrible experience. Not a happy customer!!!

Sean Dillon5Had online login issues that couldn't be resolved over the phone . Went to the MB location and banker Marcus Brown provided me with the best customer service I could ask for . Thank you

Ray Brayboy1I have been trying to contact the Regional Manager, Liza Hall, for at least the past three weeks regarding a personnel concern I continue to have at the Barefoot Landing Wells Fargo branch-------which I understand is one of several branches she supervises on the Grand Strand. For some unprofessional and neglectful reason, she has refused to return my calls-------I have left at least two detailed voice messages on her cell phone. Since the Oak Street branch is supposedly where she is housed, I felt I had no other option but to post this one-star rating for this branch. How an individual with this upper level of managerial responsibility can get by ignoring a long-time customer's concerns for this length of time is far beyond mind-boggling . This behavior is frustrating, inexcusable, and clearly in violation of Wells Fargo's stated mission. In a nutshell, it is totally unacceptable.

Will Valdez1Bankers are very nice, but are useless to help me solve issues I've been having with an account. I'm definitely glad I didn't close my account out at my other bank or I would be in a bad situation. They either are unmotivated to help get my account taken care of or lack the organization to do it in a timely manner. A month and multiple visits and calls to fix it is enough.

He made the process so easy and was very kind and professional the entire time I was there. I would definitely recommend this Wells Fargo location (I have had wonderful customer service here every single time I have visited) and would like to thank Mr. Anaya for his help!

Raymond Gerges1Always let them know not to sign you up for credit cards and things like that as they have been known to do credit checks without permission. If the teller is taking too long let them know you know the game and read the news.
