      What kinda bank closes @ 5? Who is trying to wait in a 40+ person line for 2 hrs to see the teller even the in n out drive thru @ their rush hour is faster then this place. It's completely unacceptable and they should be shut down if Wells Fargo cares about their reputation which they do not. It's not a covid thing it's been this way that's just an excuse. The district manager should be fired for years of incompetence that is only getting worse by the day. I'm going to be looking for another bank never had a problem with WF untill moving to this area. Maybe open another branch so not all of Mendocino county is going to this location or reopen/open some of the mini WF in Raleys, Lucky's, Safeway.

      06/24/2020 UPDATE Almost 90°F and Covid19 still going on. It's a Wednesday and this bank has two teller and rest of the employees just standing and walking around. You have to wait at least 30mins outside before they let you in. No improvement at all just hopeless!! Two tellers at 10am on weekdays. Long wait no improvement. Worst Wells Fargo bank. PS: Instead of wasting your time responding to your customer's reviews. Put it into action. Improve your Bank!!! Then maybe, just maybe Wells Fargo bank finally get satisfied clients.

      DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Christian the teller there racially profiled me on Christmas Eve and wouldn’t cash my check. He told me I could be trying to scam the bank when I had the account holder on the phone. He never even acknowledged or even tried to talk to the account holder. He blankly looked at me and finally walked away. Basically they wouldn’t even try to verify the check and kicked me out. What kind of bank on Christmas Eve denies their own account holders to write checks and cash them for their employees? Thankfully my company and their related personal accounts will be closing. We also got the staff on tape acting extremely rude towards me and another customer of the bank. There’s lots of other banks you can use besides them.

      Worst customer service I have ever. Lines for a teller or the ATM are unacceptably long. They try to blame covid, but not the reason. Lines were as bad before the pandemic.

      The worst place in Ukiah , no customer service at all , 3 bankers sitting around wouldn't give me an appointment , had to drive 25 miles to get taken care of. I definitely will close all accounts @wellsfargo #dissapointed #worst #customerexperience

      Always check your statements. They always were adding on charges for this or that. When I would catch it and ask why, it was always some kind of excuse and they would wave the fee. How many people do they charge that don't notice it and they just keep the money. They tried to get me to open another account to try and charge me another monthly fee. Sketchy business practices.

      I feel uncomfortable banking inside most times. Reason why is they don't keep your business confidential. Managers have to help confirm your transactions most times, like the bank tellers don't know what there doing...

      Too bad its the only in ukiah but this place is horrible the wait in line between 30 mins and 1 and a half..hours.only have 1 or 2 teller it's not a great places ...waits are forever

      My mother-in-law passed on 23rd of November owing the bank money. After assuring us we would NOT be held responsible, 2 days before Christmas, they cleaned out both our checking & savings accts.
