Bryan Enseleit1It seems every month Wells Fargo takes away one more element of convenience for customers here in Great Falls Montana. It starts with branches being closed and now they're curtailing hours in the morning and in the late afternoon. They are making it very hard for business customers to get business done in an efficient way.

Heather Brotherton1First off any bank that blocks people from depositing cash into my account is no bank I want to affiliate with by any means. My sister has been in banking for 20 years and has never heard of such a thing. Unfortunately for me though my mother does bank with Wells Fargo and I needed to put some cash into her account. I had a photo of a deposit slip so to ensure I had all the correct information but was told that since I was not on the account I would need some form of check or money order. Weird I thought but okay no problem I went and got a check to deposit the money instead. When I returned I was told I would need her signature on it to deposit it since I wasn't on the account. Um that is probably good information to tell a person before they waste a bunch of time running around apparently for no reason. Not a bank I would recommend by any means. I have never had such a hard time depositing cash money into some one else's account in my entire life. Now I know so I thought it prudent to inform everyone else so they don't run into the same hassles that I experienced today.

Nancy Bullis5I'm surprised by the negative responses this bank has received. I have found them to be very helpful, and friendly. I just moved my checking to them and now have a mortgage too. I know they have had some issues in the past but I think they have improved and I would rate this bank 5 stars for the treatment I have received in the past.

Mike Evans1Indescribable runaround in an attempt to cash a small check I received from Wells Fargo after refinancing my house with Wells Fargo because I don't have a checking account with Wells Fargo... Left frustrated after waiting far too long without getting the check cashed... And no! At this point I would never open a checking account with Wells Fargo and in retrospect, would probably rethink refinancing with them!

Andrew Qualm1Visiting from out of town and needed tax information. Thought I could look it up on PC that used to be in lobby but that computer had been removed. Was told to wait for a personal banker. Waited what I thought was a long time especially since a personal banker was available but kept getting visits from employees instead of attending to my needs. Left before being helped.

Angie Pratt1More concerned about what they cannot do. Than helping you. What ever happened to customer service? Teller was rude several different times. No public restroom either.
