  I have tried for days to call this bank, and they will NEVER answer the phone! I have ONE important, yet simple question, and "they are busy assisting other customers". When I stayed online finally, hitting "O" to connect to operator, the line was transferred to another automated system. They DELIBERATELY are not answering the phones!! This bank is lucky to see a handful of customers a day, so there is no excuse what so ever!

  Don’t go to this location the higher up wouldn’t let me withdrawal my money because the amount I ask .. her name is PAMELA QUICKEL.. she was very lazy and didn’t give me my amount told me to wait another business day .
