  Excellent company to work with. Truly an in house lender, fast & smooth process. Not like other companies who say less then 24 hour funding THIS COMPANY TRULY IS LESS THEN 24 hour funding no documents required. A simple credit check, review of the statements and business history- from there an offer is presented and the deal is funded as soon as contracts are back in. it is THAT SIMPLE- Nothing else is required!! You may be used to sending in multiple documents once you sign contracts and going back and fourth with lenders on paperwork- NOT HERE! 1.review file 2. present offer 3. accept offer 4. sign and send back contract 5. same day deal funds within an hour or two ! Julie is THE BEST to work with & always answers her email and phone calls promptly . This is a stellar company to work with.
