  Nothing but issues. From online banking to them randomly closing out my account with no notice. Absolutely despise this place.

  Best bank managers. and very good bank experience.. When they will see an issue with your account, they will not close it, they will just call you to notify you should fix it..💪

  No one answers the phone Terrible customer service Not enough employees Employees not friendly and seem to work in slow motion deliberately

  Worst bank EVER! Customer service is ZERO! Now they don't even pick up when you call... Hit 2 for customer rep, rings says hold on, plays music for 30 seconds then tells you to leave a voice mail!?! REALL? WOW Can't wait to get all my $$ out. This was the last straw.

  All these reviews sound like I used to, till I went to Chase. If you think this private bank is bad, go to one like Chase, get your money stolen, wait weeks to get it back, do this about twice a year, its fun every time, if I could go back to this bank, I would, and in one year if it is still around, going back to it. Trust me, go to Chase for one year, then you will feel the burn....

  This mobile app sucks . You can't change or add any bill pay contacts. Can't sign in half the time because it keeps saying can't make changes at this time. What a peace of junk! I liked it better when Provident Bank handled it!!!! So unhappy with this bank over all I'm going to change banks. I would suggest you all do the same.👎

  Officially the worst bank ever.. They can change the bank name but their staff and service is still the same.
