      Probably the worst financial company I've ever worked with. Frequently don't answer the phone, can't wire transfer money properly, and if you schedule a payment, it won't arrive until 2 days following your scheduled request transfer date...if you're lucky. They will then charge you a couple of dollars for random fees, which makes it impossible for scheduled payments to go through properly, again 2 days later than you needed them to. If you're only transferring in the money you need because you have a different institution for all your other banking, this will create problems with lack of sufficient funds when exact amounts are transferred because of the random taxes they apply to the account. Customer service is friendly, but useless because they are hamstrung by ridiculous and horrible business rules by the institution. I wouldn't trust them with any of my money and will be glad to be rid of them when I get an actual credible financial institution to take over the car payment next month. The fact that they are still in business is absolutely astounding to me.

      I visited the PP branch yesterday 11/23/21 for the first time and dealt with Lourdes upon entering. What a pleasant experience. She was so friendly and professional. Thanks Lourdes for your help!

      I understand there are rules for covid but when I'm a customer waiting in the LONG line for thw window, I got denied to use their restroom. I have a medical condition. So thank you for your horrible service. I now bank somewhere else

      The only complaint I have is their phone connections. It's confusing and frustrating. The people in the Pembroke Pines office are so good that I don't mind having to drive there Very knowledgeable and friendly.

      Worst service ever, worst customer service I work for a hospital and I’m going to make sure when new employees ask me about this bank I would give the worst reference. The bank don’t respect any of his costumers. Please people when is about banking use America or chase or well Fargo choose other type of banking. Don’t believe anything worst and old ATM experience, even with automatic payment is always a drama. So far I already save 4 new employees from this bank. Any type of communication with the costumer. Ok

      If i could u would give it no stars. What ever you do don't trust these people with your money. $1400.00 went missing from my account they keep saying "the accounting dept. will do it tomorrow " however its been a week. They are stealing people money and hinding behind terrible costumer service. I'm opening a TD account today

      This is the worse bank I have done business with. One of the most inconvenience bank I have done business with. - Customer service is rude and you have to wait almost 100% of the time you call. - The website is the worse. If you can avoid doing business with this bank please do so and save yourself the headache. I have sent multiple letters to customer service and yet not one response. Avoid doing business with this bank.

      Calling for online login help. The phone will ring 20 times before sending you to an automatic answering system. If it is on an automatic answering system then why must it ring for 5 minutes straight? Then after the machine finally answers once you click your desired selection it disconnects you and when you call back you have to again wait the 5 minutes of straight ringing in your ear. Most inefficient customer service I have ever experienced. ALSO at this specific location they will make you wait in line only to be told to go to the other line and then once you get through there you have to get back in the other line! Ridiculous

      I didn't like when they closed this location on Saturday's and didn't tell anyone. Then I had to go to the other one only to see that the line was out the door. Overall it's just not the same Credit union that I came to know and love. : (
