  DONT TRUST THEM !!! Go in with a check they said may put hold on It . I said it's fine gotta know if it's good anyways . She came back with cash. Then 2 days later they run that check back through my company checking account turning it upside down 12k. Been working with them for 20+ years till now .. went to sofi have had no issues at sofi at all yet. ..

  Everyone that works here is absolutely wonderful! Tellers are very friendly and the loan officers are too. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Would recommend doing business here for all your banking and financial needs!!

  So far so good. Nice people, nice building, ATM and drive up teller on my side of town and with the account I opened, they have actually been paying me to bank with them.

  Too bad I can't take stars away. I've been a customer and still have accounts with this bank. I am a victim of fraud from a bad check and my financial institution won't go to bat for me. This bank makes millions and for a peasant like me and maybe you, they'll take your money even though they're covered by FDIC for cases just like this. They rather take from me who lives paycheck to paycheck then the federal government. Shame on all who are in charge at this bank, sitting on your mountain of cash. I'll be banking elsewhere very soon.

  They are not military friendly and extremely rude. I tried to adjust my loan and she said I would have to come in. When I told her I was station on the east coast and it was impossible for me to come home she said "welp I don't know what to tell you". Her name was Angie. They should show a little more appreciation to the people who serve this country. Angie didn't help me at all. I'm not sure if she didn't know her job or if she was just lazy. I hate this bank.

  Wayne county bank are unbelievable rude and they take a lil money from your account but just a lil so u don't never notice it please do not use this bank n if u do just watch ur balance.. They told me they was gonna be open today on black Friday n that's wen my check gets deposited n now my debit isn't working n I have no way to pay my bills or do any shopping on black Friday so thanks Wayne County Bank for running my 3 year olds Christmas gifts.. DONT USE THESE BRANCHES OF BANK!!!!!!!!!

Our special holiday hours were posted to our Facebook page, at our physical locations and on our telephone banking message center. Any deposits made that day via electronic means or in person deposits were posted for that business day. Our debit card services also offer a 24 hour 800 number (1-800-383-8000) that in most cases can take care of customer's needs after hours.
