Nice to have a local bank where the employees know your name. The staff is always friendly and professional. I’ve lived all over but always maintained an account here and always will. Thank you Waukon State for the great service.

I highly recommend banking elsewhere. They are not honest, have very high fees, and will randomly close your account for no reason if management decides they don’t like you.
