  Sara made the process to refinance our home seamless and as painless as it could be! The communication we received from the entire Waterstone team gave us confidence things were moving along as well as letting us know when there was something we needed to do. Their online portal allowed us to upload our documents securely and easily. As a realtor, I work with many different lenders and often introduce Sara and her team to my clients but she was my first choice when it came to my personal mortgage! Highly recommend!

We can’t express enough how great and easy the process was!! We are so excited to remodel and truly make our home the way we always dreamed it to be!!   Sara Cipriano has been working with us for over 2 years, trying to get us the mortgage that best worked for us. In that time, all of the phone calls, text messages, and emails, she never gave up and I am thankful for her patience and understanding. It was not an easy task we put her up to, but we finally got into a house and mortgage payment that best fit our family situation.
