  I have gone to this branch and it has been closed at least 5 times in the last two months! They do not update their website when they do close for the day, just a sign on the door that says “ under construction, sorry for any inconvenience.” The only reason I continue to go to this location is because it’s a shared branch and my credit union is out of state. While I was in the parking lot, there were several other customers going to the entrance only to read the same sign On the door on a Friday! PAYDAY . SO, if you use this bank, either cross your fingers they’re open or call their 1800 number to be placed on hold to find out if it’s open or not.

  Thank you for contacting us about our Sun Valley branch. The safety of our employees, members, and visitors is our top priority. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to temporarily close our Sun Valley branch last week for urgent building repair and maintenance. We updated our communication channels to alert members of the closure, including our website. While this was an unplanned closure, there are services we provide all members so you have access to your Water and Power Community Credit Union accounts. These include free online and mobile banking with Bill Pay as well as access to the CO-OP Shared Branch Network. You can call us or visit our website for more information about these services.   This is the 5th time I tried deposit at this locations ATM and once again unable to accept deposit. SO ANNOYING. At least I know that at the Northridge location THAT WONT HAPPEN.

  That took a chance on me after my ex husband had pretty much destroyed my credit. They gave me a car loan I paid off early. I highly recommend them.

  Manager was highly rude and insulted me . I was told I was no longer welcome . I would die before returning to this branch location
