  They make it a big deal when you go into the lobby. But take your money just fine through the drop box

  The ATM ate my card and they refused to help me out. This was the only card I had I just use their atm, but I bank with Western bank. Their atm froze right when I was putting in my pin and said out of service. They never gave me my card back and I guess it was shredded in machine. I went in bank and they just said sorry we have no way of getting in atm. Even though it was their screw up I am left without a card for a couple days. Would not recommend this bank!!!

  Worst bank I could’ve ever came across. Bank account was closed and I wasn’t notified until a few days before it was closed. Also, during the holidays and they didn’t give me a chance to change any of my direct deposits or anything on that account. Washington federal does not care.

  Very bad service! I definitely do not recommend it to anyone! I had to move with (wells Fargo100% recommended) for so many problems with my account, I moved from City to North Carolina and in this City there was not federal Washington .. and for those changes my card was blocked at the end of closing my account .. which was the best of this situation, but my money was not returned to me .. and I lost that money .. Washington de douglas is not professional.
