  Very rude loan officers. Even though corporate employees tell you can get a loan, the local branches treat you like trailer trash and tell you to kick rocks before you even get started. Thanks for pulling my credit for no reason.

  Opening an account was simple, fast, and I felt welcome by everyone there. They have given me peace of mind as you never know what to expect from a new banking provider. In this day and age you want to feel like someone will remember you and your not just another number. I feel confident in keeping my finances with Washington Federal.   We were very happy when we told them exactly what we were doing for our house and they said they could do it. Now, we are very disappointed. We’ve been working with them the past 5 months and they informed us they didn’t know that’s what our house was and “this loan is very difficult to get” AFTER they said they could do it back in January. So now we are back to square one after five months of planning on starting our build this month. To say we are dissatisfied is an understatement.

  I recently moved to town and needed a bank that wasn't going to give me any hassles as so many others have for silly things. This bank was extremely easy going and I had zero trouble opening a bank account in 30 minutes flat. The people who helped me were straightforward and I feel like they will remember me next time I come even if it's not often. So many other customers came in while I was opening my account and each was greeted and shared their day with the other and I felt very welcome. I really enjoy Idaho and the staff here at WaFed!

  I may be 94 but I have been in Idaho since I began. This bank has always treated me with care and honesty unlike another bank that recently moved off main st, they did not take care of me well and I haven't forgotten that. I have as much respect for this team as they do for my business. I am grateful to have such an easy experience and trusted customer service every time I stop in.

  Brandi Davis should wear a cape!! She is a rock star. She took a very stressful construction loan situation and put us at ease. (The stress came from another lender we had previously been working with.) Brandi spent extra time explaining things we didn't understand and even went as far as offering to work on a Saturday to help us get our loan wrapped up. We will definitely be doing more business with Washington Federal!

  I needed a respectable local reliable bank in town, Rexburg, so I went on my search. I researched with locals, google reviews, and my own experiences to make the decision. This bank is also located in Las Vegas where I am from so it was not hard to lean toward someone that was located in both places I am as I travel for work often. I love the small town feel this bank has, you literally know everyone and they know you. When you pull up to the drive thru they know you by first name, even if you have had an account and dont come in often they know you. Its not weird its actually very nice to know they care enough to remember as many of us as they can. I appreciate their genuine efforts in the job they take so seriously. Thank you all!

  Been going to Washington Federal for about a year now for our work accounts. The Wafed team has always been so helpful in making sure our desposits and account maintenance are thoroughly taken care of! Not only that but customer service is fantastic! Always look forward to going back!

  The Rexburg, ID branch is great to do business with. They are very personable and treat you like you would expect a small town business to treat or any customer service based business should. This type of service seems to be far to uncommon in today's world.
