E G1I have been a customer of Vystar since 1993, when it was Federal Navy credit union and had one or two branches. I was very happy with their service until recently. Same checks have been cashed twice. Online banking has been unavailable for 2 weeks! I cannot access my accounts via phone. Lines in physical branches are ridiculous. How on earth am I supposed to manage my finances when I have no access to my accounts??? I'm fed up. Will open an account in a real bank and leave this travesty of a "financial institution"!

I don’t usually go to the branch I do everything online and I am very picky about who handles my account but my first time meeting Ty she was amazing and welcomed me with open arms and provided me excellent customer service and also did I mention…she helped me upgrade my credit card from platinum to cash back!!! Want to say thank you Ty for your great, amazing, and wonderful customer service. My go to personal banker!!!

The Regulator5I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks, gratitude, and appreciation to Ela and Chris; employees at the Baymeadows Branch. My younger brother passed away about three months ago unexpectedly. Needless to say, his passing left myself and members of my family in shock. I was appointed personal representative of his estate pursuant to his will and court order. I had previously never assumed this position. As personal representative i must satisfy statutory and court mandated responsibilities. As my brother had substantial shares and certificates of deposit at the credit union, it was my responsibility to identify, review, and oversee the disposition of these shares and deposits; some of which were payable on death and others with no assigned beneficiaries. Since my brothers passing, during this time of my personal stress and sadness, Ela and Chris provided great communication and assistance to me in fulfilling my responsibilities and properly distributing the funds to the required accounts. Both of them never seemed to grow tired of my numerous onsite visits, phone calls, and emails to discuss relevant matters. These two persons showed great empathy, understanding and professionalism towards me. I again express my sincere thanks to them both.

Kerry Green5Just a short note to say that Nichole Mordan at VyStar Credit Union's Baymeadows office did a wonderful job of servicing our account and fixing the "Phishing" problem we were dealing with. She greeted as a soon as we came in the door, invited us to her widow and immediately dealt with our problem. Excellent service that put our minds at ease. Thanks Nichole and hope you get that pay raise you so justly deserve.

She has excellent listening skills, patient, calm, professional, and very knowledgeable of what Vystar offered. She solve my problem simply and quickly. I've never heard of your company, but Ty made me feel like I'm in goods hands... EXCELLENT 👌 JOB!

yehia ahmed5I have several accounts in about 4 banks, for the last 34 years in business. our business are import, except and wholesale, that’s required a lot wiring domestics and international. It’s high volume and sensitive in timing. I entered the Baymeadows branch 4:53 pm 7 minutes before closing the doors , with large deposit checks and cash 6 digits figure, the deposits done after 5:00 pm , branch closed the doors , most of the bank staff left but my cashier , with the Supervisor Miss ELA Rada ,were the last in the floor. I still have very important wire to pay my vendor in China, but my cashier can’t Process it after hours , and she have to go, I start to panicking, I must wire the payment on time in order get my purchase on time too. The Supervisor heard me asking for help, and asked what I need to do , She assured me, that she will do her best, in (2) minutes she contact the branch Manager Mr. CHRIS and let her cashier leave the bank to go home . at 5:15 pm started to working in my wire to be done and finished it with the Manager approval at 5:41 pm giving me signed copy to email it my vendor saving my business from been interrupted from delays of payments . They SAVED my small business to be on time with forging international Vendors as we trying to keep our good relationship. The original branch called SOUTHSIDE in Philips Highway, have the opposite method of customer services they are closer to my company, and this branch 13 minutes far , but the SERVICE HER SHOCKED ME. This is 100% true report from the bottom of my heart. God Blessing this (2) Wonderful Human being. Freeman
