After my bank of many years turned me down for both a CC and a mortgage, VSECU was able to work with me in the purchase of my second home. I've now switched most of my banking to VSECU and out of TD. People have been helpful and nice.

Their positive attitude's create a fantastic atmosphere that makes you feel very welcome and look forward to returning. As a long term member I believe the Credit union is a joy to do business with and I for one will continue for many years to come.

Craig Sallee1The employees that you have working at your Rutland branch need to take classes in Customers Service and add in Communication Skills while your at it!!! This is by far the worst banking I have ever dealt with in my life. When you tell someone you will get back to them, that does NOT mean 2 weeks later after I initiated the phone call to begin with! I won’t name names, I’m certain she will know it’s her. She is the only one who is rude, sarcastic, her tone of voice while talking with you is beyond ridiculous. It’s called Customer Service. You ma’am have no clue. With a attitude like you have I’m surprised you still have a job. If you tried being nice instead of trying to make this an intimidating experience, people might actually be nice to you. This bank needs people who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. A courtesy call? Update on how things are going? Instead they blow you off. Real nice of you people. Horrible bank to deal with and will never return. Just thought I’d take the time to express my own opinion of how well your workers are doing here in Rutland.

VT Yaker1If your going to promote that you will be open till 1245 on saturdays then you should probably stay open until then in the drive thru instead of leaving early and lying on the website
